Working principle: There is a close circuit of air container inside Rubber Lined Airbag Water Hammer Arrester, middle partitioned by liner and porous tube between air container and water chamber. When water surge transmits into water hammer arrester, it strikes at liner to push it bulge inward. The deformation of liner lies on the force of water surge and air pressure inside air container. Taking advantage of air expansion inside air conditioner, the sudden water surge is cushioned. Therefore the water hammer arrester can effectively eliminate irregular water surge and protect pipelines from damaging.
Rubber Lined Airbag Water Hammer Arrester is generally installed the following position: close to the back of check valve in pump outlet at pump station of high-rise building.
The specification and quantity of products should be selected according to the pipeline specification and water appliances. Model YQ Rubber Lined Airbag Water Hammer Arrester is generally connected with the pipeline in series. The flanged may also be vertically installed when necessary. Typically the inner pipes of water heater are complicated. When valve is opening or closing, it shall be easy to cause unstable pressure shock wave. The shower nozzle is a quick action switch by itself, so it is easy to cause water hammer phenomenon. Therefore, a water hammer arrester shall be separately installed in the inlet as well as outlet of water heater for the purpose of eliminating vibration and noise.
Currently it is universal for families and hotels to use quick on/off taps, but the tap will be easy to cause vibration and noise. Therefore a water hammer arrester shall be installed in the inlet port of tap for the purpose of keeping a quiet circumstance.
When the water box of closestool is closing to full of water, the float’s fluctuation will cause a series of unstable pressure wave and generate vibration and noise. Therefore a water hammer arrester shall be installed in the inlet port of water box for the purpose of eliminating above negative phenomenon.
When the quick action valve in the outlet of pressure reducing valve takes quick switch on/off action, the pressure reducing valve simultaneously takes the same action, too. Therefore a water hammer phenomenon will be caused in the pipe. A water hammer arrester shall be installed in front of the pressure reducing valve so that the water hammer phenomenon can be prevented.
